Refund policy

At The Redheaded Jeweler we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, non-personalized items within 30 days from delivery date for an exchange or refund. Personalized/custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We can exchange for a different item or same item in a different size/length. We also offer a return for refund back to your original form of payment. Returns for refund are subject to a $3 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please reach out to info@theredheadedjeweler.com with your order number, email address, and items you would like returned or exchanged. Returns must be received within 14 days from the creation of the return to be accepted.
