Processing Time
All orders are processed and fulfilled from our location in Newcastle, Utah. Because many of our pieces are personalized or made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship within the United States only. The following flat-rate shipping options are available at checkout:
- Free Shipping — On all orders $50.00 and over
- First Class — $4.00 on orders under $50.00
- Priority — $9.95 (available on all orders for faster delivery)
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Priority shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days after fulfillment; First Class typically arrives within 3–5 business days.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Newcastle, Utah location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout if you'd like to collect your order in person. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@theredheadedjeweler.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
