To measure wrist, use a string/yarn and wrap lightly around your wrist (do not squeeze, but make sure the yarn is touching your skin).  Cut the string/yarn then measure with a ruler or other measuring tool to see how many inches.  Add a quarter inch to half inch to give you the proper size for the heart chain bracelet.
